Stone
Quality work takes time. With Bluebird Stone & Stucco you can be assured that our work speaks for itself because we take the time to make sure our stone application is done the proper way. We begin by laying down metal lath sheets across walls, fireplaces or...you name it! After that, the scratch coat goes on which consists of type-s mortar which is formulated to endure harsh weather conditions. Finally, the stone goes in place, with the utmost care. All the qualities of a proper job.

Bluebird Stone and Stucco prides itself in treating your project like it's our own. We make sure to take the extra steps needed to ensure that stucco doesn't crack. We achieve this by taking the time to perform every step of the stucco process correctly. From start to finish, quality is our priority.
Matching colors to perfection is rare. It depends on a multiple variables such as; wear due to sun damage, water wear and color availabilities. We strive to get the match as close as possible, but the only way to avoid "patches" is to re-do complete walls or areas.
Every project varies. There are a some factors that determine how long a project will take. Things like the size of the project, finish types or weather can all affect the time it takes to finish. At Bluebird we strive to provide the best finished product promptly.
No. At Bluebird we use a variation of different EIF's (Exterior Insulation Finish Systems) based on synthetic materials. Traditional or "Chicken Wire" stucco has a longer set time and has a higher propensity to crack. Our system uses foam board insulation, or cement boards like Durok and Permabase. All materials meet or exceed building code requirements for exterior siding.
Durock can be used in certain applications like thin-brick veneer or on areas away from the elements. At Bluebird we use a metal lath system used by traditional masons over the decades. The system guarantees that the stone will stay on the walls and last against the elements.
